Other complaints consisted of bad food in the bar restaurant, the noisy bar and several rooms had thermostat issues resulting in very cold rooms.

Praise for cleanliness, professionalism of the staff, comfort of beds, location, fitness area, airport shuttle on time every time, quick response by maintenance when there was a problem with the television in the room. Complaints were about having to pay for internet service and a cash only room service.
